Today, February 13, 2026, I had a meeting with Scott Kelly. What a great conversation we had. We have known each other for decades, but we never had the opportunity to really sit down and talk. Scott attended a talk I gave in Faribault, Minnesota, on February 11 and bought my Chickens in the Bus: More Thoughts on Cultural Differences. 

Afterwards, he told me he wanted my two other books: Africans and Americans: Embracing Cultural Differences and Matengo Folktales. 

We had a great meeting today, sharing ideas and experiences, and we agreed to continue meeting in the future.
